That's just probably due to the perspective. In this video the "camera" is quite close to the runway and not too zoomed in. In really life this isn't possible and so the camera is much further away and much more zoomed in, giving the illusion of it being "quicker" :)

@@DrishalMAC2 No the regular, I do alt f3 and shows like in MSFS2020 but I cannot add or move any of the slides to add the filters

At the top of the alt + f3 tab does it say you are playing X-Plane or Euro Truck Simulator 2?

Have you tried disabling any antivirus and windows defender? And try opening it as administrator maybe?

Well right now it's not fully compatible so I wouldn't buy it right now. They are however working on a huge update for it so best is to wait till then?

What refresh rate is your monitor? If you have 60hz monitor then it will automatically cap the frame gen frames at that refresh rate.

You can check the refresh rate of the monitor in your windows display settings :) lossless scaling is really useful if you can't achieve an fps which is close to your monitor refresh rate, like if you are on 30 fps with a 60hz refresh rate. I have a 144hz monitor so I can jump from 60 to 120 which is really super smooth :) hope this helps.

@@DrishalMAC2 Yup just went online to look for the specs of the monitor this sucks haha its only 60, for some reason the options gives me 75 oh well, so no point running lossles right? or do i get any benefit?

In this video I was using no lighting or clouds mods, it's all default. I only use things like ortho4xp and simheaven.

hard to tell. for me now the FF is only better regarding the ground effect on landing because XP12 ground effect is better than MSFS ground effect. We need to wait until both are in V1.0. So far FF has no VNAV implemented, will it be able to do RNP AR procedure with radial to fix...

Yep, we can't really compare the two addons because they are for for two completely different sims with different limitations. FF is also still in Alpha. The fairest comparison would be as you say, when both are in final release versions.

The issue with my fps turned our to be traffic global. I had recently turned on the replay buffer and set the limit to 2gb which is the minimum. As soon as I turned this replay buffer off my fps has been great :)

Depends on the aircraft. Some mimic the aircraft perfectly and some don't. Which plane are you trying to see in replay?

@@DrishalMAC2 Rotate MD-11 in XP12. The whole replay system seems super buggy and crashes my game often.

Hmm I don't have this issue? I know some people get crashes with replay mode but I'm not sure exactly what causes it sorry.

@@DrishalMAC2 I fixed it. I had to leave the aircraft configured on the ground the same way I want it to be shown in flight. Kinda a pain.

Hmm weird. Glad it's working but you shouldn't have to do this for most aircraft.

Do you mean that you can still see roads? That's how ortho works. It's underneath all objects and autogen, including roads. You might be able to use a plugin like x-roads or something remove those roads
